Canada – Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for Canadian customers only.

If you wish to request an exchange, you must contact us within 1–2 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for exchanges:

• Exchanges are available only for new, unworn items with original tags attached

• Items must show no signs of wear

• Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE

• Exchanges are allowed once per order only

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If preferred, NovaLore can purchase a discounted return label for you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once the return label or address is provided, the item must be shipped within 2 days, otherwise the exchange request will be automatically canceled.

⚠️ Do not ship items back without first requesting the correct return address.

If we confirm your exchange request and do not receive a response within 1–2 days, the exchange request will be automatically canceled.
