Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.

NovaLore does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed within 24 hours once operations resume on Monday.

Lost Packages

If a package is reported as lost:

• Shipping is handled by the carrier and is outside of NovaLore’s control

• We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf

Please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to complete the investigation and confirm the package status.
